Staying in touch during this global pandemic
Good morning Church! Here's a few encouraging words I came across in my quiet time this morning:
"But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one."
2 Thess. 3:3
"God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord." 1 Cor. 1:9
Quote from Tabletalk Devotional Booklet for today - March 20, 2020...
"One of the most precious truths about the Lord is that even if others are unfaithful, He is always faithful to us. We never need to doubt that He is working out His good purposes for us, and we must cling to this truth especially when we cannot understand what He is doing. In fact, we do not need to understand what He is doing; we need only to know that He is always perfectly faithful."
One of the challenges of social distancing is.....well...social distancing! How can we stay connected when we're supposed to stay in our homes as much as possible? Technology is never as good as face to face interaction but, for now, it'll have to do. I will try to post something here every few days. Feel free to check in, leave a comment, share a prayer request. Keep in mind that this is open to whomever chooses to log in, so don't leave information that you'd be uncomfortable with everyone reading. ~ Pastor Dan
